MBA Concentration: Innovative Pedagogy
Program Overview
A practice-oriented MBA that prepares learning leaders to design high-impact courses, scale blended/online programs, embed inclusive teaching, and apply learning science and instructional design across higher education and corporate L&D. Delivery blends cases, learning-design studios, simulations, and a real-organization capstone.

- Learning Innovation Capstone (Consulting Project) — 12 ECTS

Admission Profile
Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in education, training, curriculum, QA/assessment, management, or edtech preferred (motivated career-changers welcome).
Comfort with basic edtech tools and spreadsheets; willingness to use simple authoring tools and learning-analytics basics.
English proficiency for intensive graduate study and facilitation.
